Are your fees covered by Health Fund rebates?

All health funds – except HCF and Medibank – currently* offer rebates for massage therapy. I provide you with a receipt to send to your health fund to manually process your rebate claim.

*As fund sometimes change their coverage, please check with yours to be sure of your benefits.


What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours’ notice, 50% of your appointment fee is invoiced to you, payable within 7 days.

All fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person’s body is unique, and so is how they’ll respond to massage and healing support.

For some, a single session will bring relief, while others need longer treatment plans. We discuss your needs in detail during your first session.

It’s strongly recommended that you begin with the Be Activated Sequence (4 weeks x 1-hour session) to ensure your movement pattern is correct and optimal. This allows your body the best chance at systemically healing and repairing any ongoing aches, pains, and strains rather than only addressing the surface issues.
